Individual consumers who express interest, submit inquiries, or are engaged through our platform as prospective clients.
Businesses, vendors, and enterprise entities who use our platform for deal origination, pipeline management, or partner outreach.
Referrers, affiliates, and agents who create or submit leads on behalf of others must also comply with this policy.
A lead is created when an individual or business expresses interest through our platform. Creating a lead is not a binding commitment — it is an initial, voluntary signal of interest.

Submitting false, fabricated, or unauthorized leads is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Leads may be created by the individual themselves or by an authorized third party (agent, affiliate, or representative).

Leads do not constitute a purchase, sale, or contract of any kind.
When a lead is converted to a contact, the individual or organization has been verified and engaged. This step signifies a deeper level of interest and readiness to communicate.

Contact conversion requires verification of identity or business credentials as applicable.

Contacts have the right to request removal from our system at any stage under applicable data rights laws.

Our platform does not share contact information with unauthorized third parties.

Contacts may represent themselves (B2C) or their organization (B2B) and must have authority to do so.

All communication to contacts must comply with anti-spam and electronic communications laws.
Data Rights: As a contact on our platform, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our Data Officer.
A deal represents a formal engagement between parties facilitated through our platform. We serve as the bridge — not a party to any transaction.

We facilitate deal discussions, document sharing, and communication — we are not buyers, sellers, or brokers.

Any legally binding agreement is made directly between the parties involved, without our platform acting as a principal.

Deal records are retained for the minimum period required by law and then securely deleted.

Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable commercial, tax, and sector-specific laws when closing deals.

Any disputes arising from a deal are between the relevant parties and do not involve the platform as a liable party.

Harvesting or scraping data from our platform for unauthorized use.

Engaging in unsolicited bulk communications to contacts sourced through our platform.

Attempting to circumvent our lead-to-deal pipeline for unauthorized commercial gain.
Our operations are designed to align with the following regulatory standards:
General Data Protection Regulation — governs how we collect, process, and store personal data of EU/EEA residents.
India's Information Technology Act and Digital Personal Data Protection Act — applies to our operations and users in India.
Email and electronic communication laws governing outreach to contacts within our platform pipeline.
B2C engagements comply with applicable consumer protection and fair trading laws in each relevant jurisdiction.
If you witness or experience any compliance breach, data misuse, or unauthorized platform activity, we encourage you to report it. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated within 5 business days.
