Users must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
Goglo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Business accounts must be registered by an authorized representative of the entity.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Consumers may browse and request quotes for personal or household use.
Quotes are valid for the duration specified by the Supplier and are subject to availability.
Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Consumer statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected by these terms.
Goglo acts as a facilitator; the contract of sale is between the Buyer and the Supplier.
B2B transactions may be governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Purchase Order.
GST/tax invoices will be issued as per applicable laws; Buyers must provide valid GSTIN.
Payment terms for B2B orders are as agreed in the quote (e.g., Net 15, Net 30).
Goglo may offer credit facilities to verified business accounts subject to eligibility.
Bulk pricing, volume discounts, or special terms must be agreed upon in writing via the Platform.
Business Buyers are responsible for ensuring products comply with industry regulations applicable to their sector.
Buyers submit a product request; Suppliers respond with quotes through the Platform.
A Quote does not constitute a binding order until accepted by the Buyer and confirmed by the Supplier.
Goglo does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of any quote.
Once an Order is confirmed, both parties are bound by the quote terms.
Goglo charges a platform service fee as disclosed at the time of transaction.
All payments must be made through Goglo's secure payment gateway unless otherwise agreed.
Goglo is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations on international transactions.
Late payments may attract interest as specified in the invoice or MSA.
Pricing on the Platform may change; confirmed quotes are locked at the agreed price.
Goglo may withhold supplier payouts in the event of an active dispute.
Goglo's liability is limited to the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim. Goglo is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity.
Actions or omissions of third-party Suppliers.
Platform downtime, data loss, or technical failures beyond our control.
Goglo collects and processes personal and business data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Data is used to facilitate transactions, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
Goglo does not sell user data to third parties.
Users may request data access, correction, or deletion as per applicable data protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through Goglo's internal resolution process.
Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The courts of Chandigarh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for legal proceedings.
